Аслиддин Камилов — сертифицированный аудитор Министерства финансов, сертифицированный бухгалтер-практик (CAP) и сертифицированный специалист по оценке с более чем 17-летним опытом в сфере аудита, финансов, бухгалтерского учета и управления.
Как основатель PKF Tajikistan и нынешний партнер SK Consulting, он успешно руководит проектами, внедряя эффективные решения по оптимизации учета и налогов. Аслиддин консультирует клиентов по вопросам бухгалтерского и управленческого учета, бизнес-планирования и стратегического развития в таких отраслях, как строительство, торговля, энергетика, производство, логистика, образование, здравоохранение и телекоммуникации.
Ключевые достижения и успешные проекты:
- Налоговый консалтинг и оптимизация: Руководил проектами по оптимизации налогового учета и снижению налоговой нагрузки для таких международных и местных компаний, как UNDP, USAID, ACTED, LC Waikiki и других.
- Восстановление и автоматизация учета: В качестве налогового консультанта участвовал во внедрении системы «1C Accounting» для ряда крупных клиентов, включая JSC "Juntai Danghara" (Китай).
- Стратегическое планирование: Выступал в роли финансового и стратегического консультанта для козьей фермы "Чахида", а также в роли налогового консультанта участвовал в разработке бизнес-планов для проектов в сфере производства цементных заводов и гостиничного бизнеса, в том числе Hotel "Twins" (Душанбе).
- Соответствие международным стандартам: Обеспечивал переход на стандарты МСФО (IFRS) и Международные стандарты аудита (ISA) для компаний с иностранным капиталом, включая Branch of "DAI Global UK".
- Научная и издательская деятельность: Является соавтором нескольких книг и автором научных статей по аудиту, бухгалтерскому учету и анализу.

Shamsurahman is an Odoo/ERP expert and pioneer in Tajikistan. Starting with Zaitoon, the official Odoo partner in Tajikistan, and now as a specialist at SK Consulting, his early work laid the foundation for businesses to adopt Odoo solutions that truly fit their needs.
Technical Expertise
With strong full-stack development and technical skills, Shams has worked with some of Tajikistan’s top tech companies and institutions, including Alif Bank (Alif Academy), Livo tech Company. His ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation ensures smooth, practical, and reliable solutions.
Leadership & Training
Leadership & Training As a certified trainer by American Councils, Shams has designed and delivered impactful training programs and was honored by the U.S. Embassy in Tajikistan for his contributions to education, professional development, and English teaching. He has also held leadership roles such as Vice President and Training Manager at CTEO and served as a Board Member at OSTAC, contributing to organizational growth and capacity building.
World Bank & Business Legal Advisory
Beyond ERP and technology, Shams brings experience from international projects. He worked as a Senior Manager in a World Bank project, gaining valuable expertise in large-scale management. He has also provided legal advisory services to leading companies, including VICC, Peshwa group of Companies, and others.
Bringing together ERP expertise, technical skills, leadership experience, and training skills, Shamsurahman stands as a driving force for digital and organizational transformation in the country and is fluent in English, Urdu, and Persian.
